Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Order Management Specialist.

This position is part of our Global Shared Services Centre in India, where you will provide order fulfillment account management for the Indian market by collaborating with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Credit and Collections teams.

Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a customer-first mentality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work proactively under pressure.

  • Process customer purchase orders through SAP, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage orders through the system and respond to customer queries related to sales and partners.
  • Verify pricing, product availability, and lead times to ensure timely delivery.
  • Exercise discretion when prioritizing product allocations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Additionally, you will be responsible for providing inside sales support, processing returns and credit note requests, answering customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues. You will also review backlog to ensure compliance with company booking policy and complete self-training modules as needed.

We are looking for individuals with a BS/BA degree in business and 4+ years of experience in account management and customer service in a high-tech environment.
