Job Description:

The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for processing equipment, media, and consumables orders received via manual or online platforms in defined ERP systems. This role requires strong coordination and communication skills to ensure timely delivery of products or services while maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of communication with dealers or customers.

The successful candidate will need to interface with internal teams such as Sales, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, Planners, Credit / Finance to ensure product or service delivery. Key responsibilities include creating manual or shop carestream orders in SAP / C4C, checking all defined parameters for accurate invoicing, handling first-level customer / stakeholder queries / complaints, and monitoring invoicing and timely delivery at customer sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in order management, order fulfillment, or related functions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work effectively with teams across different countries / cultures

  • Manage customer claims on defective products in SAP, coordinating with customer, manufacturing, logistics, transportation to understand root cause analysis
  • Logging in complaints in designated database to ensure visibility to stakeholders
