  • Coach and mentor team leaders on consulting, thought leadership, sales, pursuits, and senior professional skills and mindsets.

  • Deliver High-Quality Work
  • Collaborate with other regional heads to maintain oversight into client engagements, leveraging a mature delivery quality framework.
  • Forecast and manage team utilization, making strategic and tactical decisions to ensure healthy utilization while maintaining capacity to grow the practice.
  • Sell Client Engagements
  • Contribute to selling and shaping client engagements by crafting effective proposals and influencing XT engagements with clients.
  • Influence Client Decisions
  • Represent Persistent XT in the region with internal partners and clients.
  • Drive Innovation

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 15+ years of experience in UX and product design, with a track record of successful UX engagements including consulting, managed services, and staff augmentation models.
  • Experience leading large teams, working across multiple teams and projects simultaneously, inspiring and motivating teams through growth and change.
  • Mastery-level skills in user-centered design, design thinking, communication, presentation, and storytelling.
  • Facilitation, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, attention to detail, productivity tools (e.g., Office/Teams), and data management.
  • UX tool expertise (Figma, Adobe, Miro).
