**Technical Program Manager Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs and product implementations with timely milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Clients) for successful delivery.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for effective planning.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively to ensure project success.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders on project progress.

**Required Skills & Qualifications Include:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification is a plus).
  • 5–7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
