Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Engineer. This role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs associated with technology domains, including upgrades and deployments.

The successful candidate will contribute to large-scale planning of strategies, review moderately complex technical challenges, and resolve issues that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.

Collaboration with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers is essential for resolving technical challenges and achieving goals. The Data Engineer will lead projects, act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents software according to standards, policies, procedures, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Resolves application issues with software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python, Spark (Apache Spark or Pyspark), big query (GCP) and UNIX experience Software Enterprise Application development and uses continuous integration and delivery when developing code.
  • Experience of Banking/Financial technology domain will be preferred.
