We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant with expertise in US F&A General Ledger (GL) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end month close tasks, preparing financial accounts, and guiding the preparation of annual accounts. They will also be involved in the consolidation of group companies and the implementation of internal control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of US F&A GL month close tasks, including submission of Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis.
  • Prepare Balance sheet, Income Statement, and Accruals movements, as well as guide the preparation of monthly financial accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and finalize the consolidated accounts for the company in line with US GAAP.
  • Consolidate the group companies on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for relevant entities.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and assigned general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis according to the monthly closing schedule.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 5 years of experience preferably Big 4.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Exceptional client service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively internally / externally.
