Senior Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Professional to join our corporate finance team. The role will oversee end-to-end financial management for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants, with a focus on consolidation, compliance, and performance analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance. The individual will also prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Goods and Services Tax (GST), Income Tax, and hospitality sector-specific regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
