Process Reengineering Leader

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our growth journey. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, leveraging problem-solving, execution, and communication skills to impact millions of lives.

  • Lead two teams: Process Design & Reengineering and Quality & Training within the Experience function.
  • Work closely with Experience teams to redesign process maps, formalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive process improvement projects.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and lead reengineering efforts to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a structured roadmap for transitioning from AS-IS to TO-BE process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the TO-BE process and ensure smooth transition.
  • Establish mechanisms to measure compliance with SOPs across all teams.
  • Implement real-time monitoring and alerts to highlight areas of non-compliance.
  • Establish quality frameworks for customer interactions, ensuring consistency in service delivery across channels.
  • Drive digital transformation agenda by implementing AI-powered solutions to optimize cost and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and drive cross-functional projects.
  • Program-manage initiatives, generate ideas, and implement new processes for the next wave of transformation and automation.
  • Oversee the development of training programs for frontline and backend teams, integrating data-driven customer feedback-based insights for continuous product enhancements.
  • Drive training and change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes by internal teams.
