Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Transformation Lead to spearhead our client's Business Excellence & Transformation team. Based in Gurgaon, this role is pivotal in enabling the organization's future-readiness by collaborating closely with CXOs and business heads.

This high-profile position involves leading mission-critical projects, driving strategy formulation and execution, and embedding new ways of working across the company. You will drive transformation programs, champion business excellence across multiple domains, and break down silos to drive enterprise-wide value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Break down organizational silos, drive enterprise-wide value, and institutionalize best-in-class metrics and dashboards
  • Lead identification, design, and roll-out of strategic initiatives for sustained business transformation
  • Develop simulation models and scenario planning frameworks to assess and mitigate execution risks, supporting executive decision-making
  • Act as a central stakeholder in the Annual Operating Plan process and quarterly target setting
  • Guide demand planning, leveraging analytics, market trends, and historical business data
  • Direct markdown strategy for seasonal merchandise-tracking performance and suggesting initiatives to maximize sell-through and profitability
  • Champion the transformation office agenda, benchmark industry best practices, and drive adoption of new processes, dashboards, and KPIs
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' experience in management consulting, retail, e-commerce, or CPG companies in strategic or transformation roles
  • Graduation or post-graduation from a Tier 1 college; MBA from a Tier 1 B-school preferred
  • Strong data orientation with advanced analytical skills; proven track record of leading high-impact cross-functional projects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; entrepreneurial mindset with a sharp eye for detail
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills; highly comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Functional expertise in business planning, operating model transformation, and change management
