AI Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Specialist to join our team, focusing on developing advanced speech recognition technologies for our voice assistant model in the automotive sector.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in the latest trends and technologies within the AI ML space. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing Speech GenAI solutions, conducting research on emerging technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings.

Your Impact
  • Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
  • Conduct research to recommend innovative solutions that can be implemented within the organization.
  • Model Finetuning: Leverage your expertise to effectively optimize the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) through prompting or fine-tuning, shaping them for optimal accuracy, naturalness, and performance.
  • Integrate LLM Capabilities: Design and implement software components and modules to integrate LLM capabilities into our speech recognition and natural language understanding systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Validation and Implementation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of LLM-based features, support the deployment of models into various environments, and ensure high performance, reliability, scalability, and robustness in real-world scenarios.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Master's or PhD in a relevant discipline is a plus.
  • Good knowledge about Generative AI and Large Language Models.
  • Fine tuning of LLMs.
  • Implementation of LLM based Agents.
  • RAG Pipelines.
  • Function and Tool calling.
  • Proven experience in AI and ML, by developing, fine-tuning, and deploying models for real-world applications.
