Seeking experienced Generative AI Engineers to propel innovation in our AI Innovation Team.

Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI applications, LLM-powered systems, and intelligent Agentic AI agents for enterprise use cases.

This role involves driving innovation at scale by leveraging technologies like LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, Azure, and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy AI/ML models and Generative AI applications for diverse enterprise challenges.
  • Fine-tune and integrate LLMs with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines.
  • Build Agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning and decision-making capabilities.
  • Develop scalable data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for structured/unstructured data.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to productionize AI solutions.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML/GenAI workflows and support MLOps best practices.
  • Leverage Azure and Databricks for scalable AI deployments and monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML & Generative AI development.
  • Strong expertise in RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI implementations.
  • Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, and ML/DL libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Deep knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Transformer architectures.
  • Practical experience with Azure cloud, Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow).
