Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Identity & Access Management – Data Services function.

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the daily operations, ensuring that native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert and processes are followed without deviation. This includes monitoring activities to ensure data Quality and achieving monthly metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate Userdata to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload Userlists to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and follow defined escalation process to source Userlists.
  • Fulfil requests from business/stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for Userlists sourcing, understanding application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Risk mitigation pertaining to IAM process and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and enhance IAM process with support from leaders.
  • Demonstrate good working etiquette, teamwork, and communication to the team.
  • Review and exercise compliance to current procedures/processes and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Sailpoint Certifications.
  • Excel VBA and Macros certifications.
  • Proficient in English language.
