We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and launch paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPA.
- A/B test ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize results.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Provide insights from analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven Experience: We require proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong Knowledge: You must have a strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
Understanding: You should have an understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
Ability: You must be able to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership.
Analytical Mindset: A strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach are essential.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus.
