Infrastructure Security Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure security, proxy solutions, and network experience.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of IT network experience with a strong exposure to infrastructure security and proxy solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing Zscaler solutions.
  • Ability to gather required information to arrive at optimal solutions.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Good hands-on experience in migrating proxy solutions to Zscaler solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in designing and integrating Zscaler solutions with existing authentication servers using protocols such as LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, Active directory.
  • Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and protocols (WCCP, PAC files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, SSH, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in English/Japanese languages to establish good coordination and communication with offshore teams and customers.
  • Able to understand requirements and work on solution approaches/project deliverables as per given schedules.
  • Participating in meetings with CAB for technical reviews, status updates, and communicating issues.
