Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished security expert to spearhead the development and implementation of advanced security architectures across all levels, including application, network, servers, and blockchain.

This key role involves analyzing, designing, and reinforcing smart contracts and blockchain-based systems to ensure transaction integrity. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring systems 24/7, detecting advanced threats, and deploying mitigation measures in real time.

  • Develop and continuously enhance security architectures across all levels (application, network, servers, blockchain).
  • Analyze and design smart contracts and blockchain-based systems to ensure transaction integrity.
  • Monitor systems 24/7, detect advanced threats, and deploy mitigation measures in real time.
  • Conduct code audits, penetration testing, and red teaming across cloud, mobile, and blockchain environments.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with industry standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and others.
  • Design and implement advanced encryption protocols, multifactor authentication, and quantum security mechanisms.
  • Implement identity and access management (IAM) policies and secure access controls.
  • Create and manage incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Integrate security from the initial design phase by collaborating closely with development teams.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in applying cybersecurity principles to fintech, digital banking, or blockchain platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain security, including defense against attacks on distributed networks, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.
  • Strong background in cloud security (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Solid understanding of modern cryptography and quantum encryption algorithms.
  • Experience with security frameworks (OWASP, NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001).
  • Able to perform forensic analysis on compromised systems.
  • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, secure CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
  • A strategic mindset: able to identify risks before they escalate into incidents.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
