Role Overview

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Professional to spearhead influencer-led initiatives that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of influencer ecosystems in the beauty and personal care space.

The successful applicant will develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to our categories, building strong relationships with influencers and content creators. They will also plan and run targeted campaigns around product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with our brand objectives.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators who align with our brand values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand consistency.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with beauty or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.
