We are seeking a talented Retail Staff Member to join our team at the K-Beauty Flagship Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Inspect incoming products, manage stock levels efficiently, and maintain high standards of product display and presentation.
  • Daily Operations: Ensure seamless daily store operations, encompassing product displays, cleanliness, and checkout processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in beauty, retail, or related customer-facing roles is advantageous, but not required (open to entry-level candidates).
  • Passion for K-beauty: Passion for K-beauty and awareness of current beauty trends are essential for success in this role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, combined with a bright and positive attitude, are crucial for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility: Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment and flexibility with a shift-based schedule within store operating hours are necessary for this position.
