Senior Memory Systems Architect

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Memory Design professional to lead the development of innovative memory solutions.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Memory Design Lead Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of next-generation memory compilers and Fast Cache instances.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer architecture and concepts, CMOS Transistors, high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design, clocking scheme, Static and complex logic circuits.
In addition to technical expertise, we value candidates with excellent interpersonal skills who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop memory compilers and Fast Cache instances for next-generation Cores to achieve outstanding PPA.
- Understand computer architecture and concepts, CMOS Transistors, high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design, clocking scheme, Static and complex logic circuits.
- Have expertise in Power versus Performance versus Area trade-offs in typical CMOS design.
- Be an engineer with a passion for Circuit design and good interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SRAM / memory design Margin, Char and its related quality checks.
Nice To Have Skills:
- Basic scripting languages like Perl/TCL/Python.
- Experience with Cadence or Synopsys flows.
- Circuit Simulation and Optimization of standard cells.
