Job Summary:

  • Our company is seeking a highly skilled Wet Etch Equipment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of corrective & preventive maintenance of 200/300mm Wet Benches (SES, DNS, FSI Zeta) & Single wafer processing tools.
  • The selected professional must be able to perform the robot teaching & adjustments for the above-mentioned tools.
  • We are looking for an individual responsible for Preventive and corrective maintenance of WET etch equipment's.
  • Additionally, the chosen candidate will be in-charge for PM planning, consumable procurement and parts management.
  • Furthermore, we require someone able to perform complex troubleshooting's, perform root cause analysis and resolve tool issues.
  • Bonus point if you have basic knowledge on Brooks SMIFs.
  • Also, please ensure that you can execute all tasks safely with good housekeeping.
  • It would be great if you have knowledge in Mitsubishi/Omron PLC.
  • Experience in the sub systems like CDS, DI heaters, Ozone generators & chillers would be considered an advantage.
  • A good understanding of chemical safety is required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is necessary.
  • Degree/Diploma in engineering with relevant experience is expected.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Positive attitude & good team player mindset is desired.
  • Self-driven, ability to work independently and/or in a team environment is required.
