High-Level Semiconductor Technology Process Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Layout Designer to spearhead the development of advanced semiconductor technology processes.
This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge circuit layouts, as well as performing rigorous verification and RC extraction tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop full-custom circuit layouts, leveraging expertise in mixed signal/analog/high speed layout, SerDes, ADC/DAC, PLL, etc.
- Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso environment and industry-standard physical verification tools (DRC,LVS,DFM, etc)
- Experience working with advanced technology nodes under TSMC - 32nm/28nm/16nm/14nm/7nm, with a preference for 5nm/3nm.
- Demonstrated understanding of advanced semiconductor technology process and device physics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 4 - 12 years of Analog Layout experience
- Proven leadership experience, including talent management, project execution, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent communication skills and hands-on expertise
- Strong learning ability, self-motivation, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
