Job Title: Branch Head

The primary objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of a designated center. This position plays a pivotal part in driving admissions and ensuring effective communication between departments.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing school outreach, lead collection, and calling to drive business growth.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the center and various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Administration, and Academics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to effectively manage sales and marketing staff at the allotted center.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost business generation through increased School Outreach, BTL activities, Marketing planning, and Seminars within the territory.
