Season Builders designs and delivers resort cottages and coastal hospitality projects in Goa—metal/timber frames, rapid builds, and finishes suited to CRZ environments. We work with an architect and interior designer to produce high-quality, guest-ready spaces.

The Role

We're hiring a hands-on Site Engineer / Construction Supervisor to lead day-to-day execution on resort projects, ensuring quality, speed and safety while coordinating vendors and labour on site.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day site execution: planning, labour/sub-contractor coordination, and daily work targets.
  • Read, interpret and mark-up drawings/BOQs; prepare material take-offs and raise indents in time.
  • Quality control across steel/timber frames, roofing/cladding, waterproofing, finishes, MEP first-fix/second-fix; snag and close.
  • Ensure EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance (toolbox talks, PPE, method statements) and maintain a site diary with progress photos.
  • Coordinate with the architect, structural, and procurement for approvals, inspections and deliveries.
  • Monitor costs vs. BOQ, certify vendor measurements, and support RA bills.
  • Plan around CRZ/coastal constraints and local by-laws; manage basic permissions/inspections as directed.
  • Prepare concise weekly progress reports for management and client teams.
What you'll bring
  • Diploma/B.E. in Civil/Mechanical (or equivalent experience) with 3–7 years in site execution; resort/hospitality or coastal/PEB/LGSF experience is a plus.
  • Strong practical skills in steel fabrication/erection, timber works, roofing sheets, waterproofing and finishes; working knowledge of MEP interfaces.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic MS Office/Google Sheets; familiarity with MS Project/Primavera is a bonus.
  • Clear communication in English & Hindi (Konkani an advantage).
  • Two-wheeler licence and readiness to work site hours (typically Mon–Sat).
