Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Upwork bidding team. As a Bidding & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize proposal performance, selecting high-value projects, mentoring team members, and driving conversion rates.

About Us:

Our company specializes in software development services, including mobile app development, enterprise solutions, CRM, CMS, process automation software, Salesforce, and Odoo services.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven Upwork bidding experience with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.
  • Experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members).
  • Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.
  • Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication.
  • Must have worked with international clients (USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, Australia).
  • Knowledge of software development services (Mobile, Web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
