Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Data and AI Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data and AI strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for data and AI innovation and implement solutions that drive business value.
  • Mentor and Coach Teams: Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior engineers and data scientists to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data engineering to introduce new technologies and methodologies that improve our capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Data and AI Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable data platforms and AI systems in a production environment.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern data platforms and tools, as well as strong programming skills in at least one key language.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
