Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end ML projects from research and experimentation to production deployment, fostering collaboration and effective communication across teams.
  • Explore and implement state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements.
  • Build and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for complex business challenges, leveraging tools like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into scalable products, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and interns to help them grow with impactful projects, providing guidance and support throughout their development.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Has 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles, with a strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, with hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models.
  • Is familiar with tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications, and has the ability to convert theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
