We require a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in selling medical devices to corporate and private sector hospitals. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in this region and be able to work with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong positive relationships with customer key decision makers and collaborate positively within our organization. They should also have a good understanding of CRM and market knowledge, as well as experience with ICU & OT products.
The role involves differentiating Ababil product offerings by conveying compelling value propositions, developing and presenting solutions proposals and quotations, closing complex sales, and responding to customers' clinical / technical questions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Differentiate Ababil product offerings by conveying compelling value propositions.
- Develop and present solutions proposals and quotations.
- Closing complex sales and responding to customers' clinical / technical questions.
- Establish and continuously develop relationships with departmental & technical decision makers.
- Identify potential key accounts and establish rapport with decision makers.
- Create business and territory plan for assigned accounts.
- Provide training to all account team members on strategy and product offerings.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company.
- Showcase company presentations and product sales demonstrations.
- Clinical, technical, and commercial networking.
- Weekly reporting including activity reports, forecasting and opportunity reporting.
- Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and plans.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in medical equipment or products sales.
- Familiarity with complete sales cycle, CRM, market knowledge, ICU & OT products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong positive relationships with customer key decision makers.
- Proven track record in overachieving in selling business medical devices to corporate and private sector hospitals.
- Comprehensive network of KOLs in this region.
- Fluent in English and local languages in your region.
