**Transformative Product Designer Wanted**


At Hiring Infinity, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating the first product, a live platform and app, and subsequently expanding the reach of our wider platform.



About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing user-centered products by understanding business requirements and user feedback
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
  • Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, and attractive user interfaces
  • Gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components
  • Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
  • Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in Consumer Apps
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices for designing intuitive user interfaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to hand-off design documentation to dev teams with great attention-to-detail
