Lead Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead the design of new initiatives within Pharmeasy.

About the Role:

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for driving innovation and enhancing the user experience for millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for new initiatives within Pharmeasy, from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to enhance and improve existing products and services.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to guide design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive cross-functional collaboration and innovative solutions.
  • Present design strategies and solutions to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
  • Develop design principles and frameworks to support continuous improvement of current offerings.
  • Mentor and guide other designers on the team, promoting creativity and a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on user experience in the B2C space.
  • Proven track record of leading design for high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in refining and optimizing existing products.
  • Expertise in user-centered design, research methodologies, and usability testing.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex problems into effective design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working closely with product managers and engineers, advocating for design thinking in product development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
