Product Design Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our team at Xllent Corporate Services Pvt Ltd. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality product experiences that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver product experiences that meet the needs of our users
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of user needs and behaviors
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business goals
  • Participate in design reviews and share work with the design team, leadership, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of design experience, preferably in a startup, in-house, or agency environment
  • A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality, well-crafted UI experiences
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and project managing your own workload to set deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time
  • Excellent communication skills to listen and influence, with the ability to explain your work clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
  • Highly proficient in Figma, with the ability to create UI solutions and prototypes quickly

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience designing in healthcare, dashboards, and communications UI
  • Experience navigating fast-paced environments
  • Ability to wrangle competing priorities with ease
