
Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of the administrative department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Overseeing procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets to ensure timely delivery and effective use.
- Liaising with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and optimize services.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are also essential.
You will work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of office budgeting and vendor negotiations
