Office Operations Professional

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of the administrative department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Overseeing procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets to ensure timely delivery and effective use.
  • Liaising with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and optimize services.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are also essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of office budgeting and vendor negotiations
  • Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems
