Job Purpose:

This role oversees financial management, reporting, and internal systems ensuring company stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and integrity of the general ledger with timely journal entries and financial data updates.
  • Oversee accounts receivable process to ensure timely reconciliation and collection within established deadlines.
  • Manage accounts payable process for prompt payment processing without delays.
  • Collaborate with GL Managers on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for timely and accurate MIS business performance tracking.
  • Lead budgeting and financial forecasting processes ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Implement cost management strategies to optimize savings and control overspending.
  • Analyze financial results provide variance analysis and deliver insightful commentary for management decisions.
  • Handle finance-related functions in insurance brokering including commission tracking premium reconciliation and revenue recognition.
  • Ensure compliance manage tax filings and lead tax audits.
  • Manage internal and external audits ensuring regulatory frameworks and financial standards compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor finance team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years senior leadership experience in fast-growing companies.
  • Excellent understanding of financial accounting and financial management requirements.
  • Experience managing remote teams.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
