Job Description:

JIITAK Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accountant to oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and be proactive in handling multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting.

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations in Zoho Books
  • Handle multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts
  • Manage cash flows and working capital effectively
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements
  • Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial insights
  • Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making
  • Identify and implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.com)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting operations, preferably using Zoho Books or similar cloud-based accounting software
  • Strong proficiency in Zoho Books (or equivalent accounting software)
  • Working knowledge of taxation laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes
  • Familiarity with MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control techniques
  • Ability to prepare accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
