Key Financial Management Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage our financial activities with precision, providing valuable insights and recommendations to management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Budget Development & Reporting: Create and implement budgeting strategies to meet financial goals.
  • Cost Control & Profitability: Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement in profitability.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and conduct audits as necessary.
  • Cost Center Oversight: Oversee the management of cost centers within finance scope.
  • Government Grants Management: Manage government grants within finance scope.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead meetings with financial stakeholders to discuss key issues and provide guidance.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Deliver reports and metrics to leadership on key financial performance indicators.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field.
  • Professional Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), detail-oriented and analytical.
