Job Description:

Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy

Strategic deals are crucial to enhance business value. The M&A landscape has evolved, with increased disruptions, industry convergence, and technological changes making value creation in deals more challenging than ever.

The role requires a broader perspective on creating value in today's market. Key responsibilities include managing post-merger integration projects, interacting with leadership at clients during project delivery, and managing multiple stakeholders in client teams as well as within the organization.

  • Developing complex models in Excel and executive-level presentations is essential for driving business development and practice management initiatives.

Key Requirements Include:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in operational due diligence and transformation.
  • CA/MBA qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills and good verbal and written communication.
Technical Skills:

Business Development: Responsible for supporting the partner/director for building the practice in the region.

Responsible for planning and implementation of integration/separations of various front office and back office functions.

Have experience of delivering project management engagements - strong PMO skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure deals environment.

Ability to understand complex deal situations and its implication on the client's/target's business model.

Decent knowledge about operations and processes across different functions in an organisation.

Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills and Power BI.
