AI Systems Engineer

As an AI Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating artificial intelligence models that drive business value.

This role involves working across the entire lifecycle of AI solutions, from data preparation to deployment. You will maintain close ties with the business context and ensure that our solutions have a lasting impact.

  • Designing and developing scalable AI solutions that address real business challenges.
  • Supporting Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) practices to help models transition from research to reliable production systems.
  • Handling key aspects of data preparation, including cleaning, preprocessing, transformation, and validation.
  • Writing high-quality, maintainable code with reusability in mind.
  • Building APIs, pipelines, and prototypes that make AI solutions tangible and useful.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into functional systems.
  • Staying current with the fast-paced AI ecosystem and applying approaches that fit each problem.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in AI/ML, with hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and evaluating General AI models. Familiarity with multiple AI domains, such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and classical ML is also essential.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience applying AI to real-world projects.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to explore new tools, frameworks, and problem domains.
Key Skills
  • A strong background in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Experience with popular frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or SciKit-learn.
  • Exposure to agentic AI systems and evaluation of General AI systems.
