Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Operations Specialist

 

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Operations Specialist to lead our AI/ML initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures.

 

Responsibilities:

  • AI/ML Model Development and Deployment: Proficient in developing and deploying AI/ML models using Python frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow.
  • Platform Experience: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure platforms.
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Familiarity with modern monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health and performance.
  • RPA Tools: Proficient in RPA tools like UiPath.
  • Service Desk Tools: Proficient in different Service desk tools and ITSM processes.
  • Data Visualization: Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau and practices.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 9+ Years of Experience: In developing and deploying AI/ML models.
  • Affinity for Python: Familiarity with Python frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow.
  • Experience with GCP and Microsoft Azure: Familiarity with cloud-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with Monitoring Systems: Knowledge of modern monitoring and alerting systems.
  • RPA Tool Expertise: Proficiency in RPA tools like UiPath.
  • Service Desk Tools: Proficient in different Service desk tools and ITSM processes.
  • Data Visualization Tools: Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau and practices.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
