Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Content Specialist.

  • Define target audience and write documentation that is technically accurate and conforms to industry standards.
  • Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions, including user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality documentation with a focus on clarity, completeness, accuracy, and usability.
  • Obtain product information from agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with subject matter experts.
  • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
  • Suggest screen labels and error messages with a focus on improving the customer experience (UX).
  • Skilled in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing a variety of documents.
  • Coordinate with training teams for the required document deliverables.

Required Skills:

  • Proven English writing skills.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation best practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Good decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, high attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio.
