Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

This role will involve production support of existing business intelligence data models/products, providing consistent, reliable, and automated delivery of data internally and to partners.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI data visualization toolset as a developer, architecting data models, administration, and as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

They will also be responsible for publishing user adoption metrics on a periodic basis, collaborating with various teams to develop and deploy new data products and features, troubleshooting production issues and performance tuning, and automating key reporting processes.

  • Development and maintenance of business intelligence reports and dashboards
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • 9-12 years proven experience in business intelligence reporting
  • Expert level and advanced experience in Power BI data visualization toolset as a developer, architecting data models, administration, and as a SME
  • Strong understanding of SQL for data interrogation and transformation, relational data, and fact data manipulation along multiple dimensions
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing projects within an agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or relevant field

A strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be current with new tools and software to promote ongoing innovation.
