Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to play a key role in our analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in data analysis, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.
  • Design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple systems and sources.
  • Use advanced techniques in SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Document, track, and manage defects using a defect tracking tool, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities.
  • Support test planning, strategy, and execution within Agile and Waterfall environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience working with a defect tracking tool.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
