Customer Service Representative

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
You will engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and provide accurate information about our products and services. You will also proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our offerings to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
Additionally, you will handle customer objections with empathy and professionalism, document all interactions and details of inquiries and sales, and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services as well as industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a customer service and sales role, preferably in a chat or online environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems
