Key Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead the development, configuration, and implementation of BMC Remedy solutions for digital service operations and management. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Remedy with external systems using web services, REST APIs, and other integration methods.

Beyond development, the individual will also be responsible for system administration, ensuring that Remedy AR Server and Remedy Mid-Tier server are upgraded with the latest patches for smooth operation and optimal performance.

In addition, they will be tasked with installing and configuring BMC Remedy v9.x (or later versions) in a clustered, high-availability environment.

Technical Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in BMC Remedy development and administration is essential.
  • Expertise in BMC Remedy applications, including Remedy AR System, ITSM Suite, and CMDB, is also required.
  • Proven experience with integrating Remedy using RESTful and SOAP web services is necessary.
  • A strong knowledge of SQL for database interactions is required, along with expertise in JavaScript and other scripting languages for automation and customization.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, especially in clustered and high-availability environments, is needed.
  • Experience with SSO, RSSO, and LDAP integration is also desired.

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills are also essential for success in this position.
