Front Desk Representative

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to patient inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills and communication to build trust and rapport with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient information, including demographics, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to established standards for patient care and office administration.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Degree in business, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
  • Basic math skills, including calculation of fees and payment processing.
