We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Insurance Customer Service Representatives.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic role that involves making outbound calls to US-based insurance companies, patients, or helpdesk teams. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will engage customers in meaningful conversations to promote products or services, gather required information, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies/patients/helpdesk teams to promote products or services, gather information, or resolve issues.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through professional communication and effective problem-solving skills.
- Achieve individual and team targets by consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality, performance, and overall business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, US calling regulations, and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 1-4 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with US clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Demonstrated knowledge of US culture and customer behavior, with a passion for understanding and serving diverse customer needs.
Note: The ideal candidate will be open to working night shifts and adapting to US time zones, with a flexible approach to meeting changing business demands.
