Job Summary


This role focuses on developing and implementing digital analytics solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of analytics technologies, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, as well as experience in designing and implementing data collection requirements.


Responsibilities



  • Design and develop digital analytics data collection requirements, analyzing data for quality issues and conducting cross-partner QA to ensure accurate data flows into Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
  • Create a robust data architecture that maps business requirements to specific variables (eVars, props, and events).
  • Conduct collaborator interviews to identify data and analytics needs for the organization, gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Manage analytics technology roadmap, detailing planned updates and enhancements to ensure alignment with business needs and enterprise projects.
  • Collaborate with the business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technology components, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT, facilitating communication and resolving technical issues.
  • Manage analytics technology requests, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop expert knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target products, including report creation, data collection through Adobe Tags, and testing and debugging using tools like Observepoint or Omnibug.
  • Conduct forensic analysis to quickly identify and resolve data-quality issues, collaborating with multi-functional teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and issues in online marketing, with a focus on analytics, privacy compliance, and mobile technologies.
  • Effectively interact with different levels of management and lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams.
  • Provide oversight, coaching, and mentoring for internal implementation teams and external vendor partners.
  • Work with minimal oversight, with results and relationships monitored through periodic reviews.
  • Perform quality review checks on project results and drive day-to-day prioritization of work.
  • Recommend data governance models to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.

Requirements


The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in a relevant field, such as mathematics, statistics, or business, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics or technology, with leadership experience in the digital analytics domain.


They will possess hands-on experience in designing and handling data collection for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Tags, as well as deep technical expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Tags).


A strong understanding of digital analytics, marketing, tagging, A/B testing, and personalization strategies and technologies is also required.


Preferred Qualifications


Demonstrable experience in technical implementation of Adobe Tags, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target platforms and programs, with ACE certification strongly preferred.
