SAP ABAP HR Consultant Job

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP programmer to develop strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including reports, forms (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and custom module development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HR-specific ABAP development projects, focusing on Personality Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
  • Configure and enhance SAP HCM (HR) workflows for optimal performance.
  • Utilize Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills to optimize ABAP code.
  • Integrate SAP HR data using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP programming and HR-specific development.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and procedures.
