About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our team as a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives. Additionally, they will handle correspondence, emails, and calls on their behalf, coordinating meetings, events, and business engagements while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, itineraries, and travel plans for senior management.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, responding or forwarding as necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely follow-up and reminders.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors as required, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
