Front Desk Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the front desk operations of our hotel, ensuring a seamless and professional guest experience. This includes greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly manner, handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Responsibilities also include providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions, managing the reservation system for accuracy, and coordinating with other departments to accommodate special requests or needs. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for monitoring room availability to maximize occupancy, training and supervising front desk staff, creating work schedules, and fostering a positive work environment.

Effective communication with other hotel departments is crucial to ensure seamless operations, relay important information to staff, and address guest issues and complaints in a timely manner. Additionally, the Front Desk Manager will maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions, prepare reports related to front desk operations, and oversee the use of hotel management software.

A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, along with previous experience in a front desk or guest services role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and team management abilities, proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite are essential for success in this position.
