We are seeking a professional and highly skilled store manager to oversee daily operations at our retail hypermarket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the operational and organizational standards of the store, delivering excellent customer service, and motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and efficient management of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among employees.
  • Mentor and coach sales teams to achieve sales targets, providing constructive feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform future decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
