**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Finance Professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in GST filing, financial reporting, and audit management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns, ensuring accurate input tax credit claims and reconciliation with books, monitoring GST notices, and assisting in GST audits.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to keep abreast of changes in GST laws and implement necessary changes in filing procedures, finalize and record sales transactions and related accounting activities, perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts against sales, payments, credit notes, and GST filings, track and follow up on outstanding invoices with the sales and collections teams, reconcile B2B invoices with GSTR-2B/2A for ITC validation, resolve mismatches between books and GST portal entries, and coordinate with internal departments for dispute resolution.

The Finance Professional will also be responsible for finalizing and recording sales transactions and related accounting activities, performing regular reconciliation of customer accounts against sales, payments, credit notes, and GST filings, tracking and following up on outstanding invoices with the sales and collections teams, reconciling B2B invoices with GSTR-2B/2A for ITC validation, resolving mismatches between books and GST portal entries, and coordinating with internal departments for dispute resolution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in ERP Tally
  • Knowledge of GST and Law
