About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Ads Planner to plan and execute campaigns across leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

This WFH opportunity is ideal for professionals who want to deepen their expertise in a strategic environment. As a Programmatic Ads Planner, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns, conducting audience segmentation and media planning, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable recommendations.

You will work closely with analytics, creative, and strategy teams across time zones to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will stay current with ad tech and data privacy trends to ensure that our clients receive the best possible solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs.

  • Conduct audience segmentation and media planning to identify optimal targeting opportunities.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and strategy, to deliver exceptional results.

  • Stay current with ad tech and data privacy trends to ensure compliance and delivery of best-in-class solutions.


Requirements

  • Based in India, able to work from home (WFH).

  • 2–5+ years experience in programmatic media planning.

  • Proficient in at least one DSP (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Fluent English communication.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
